This is Raven – a sweet 2 year old black German shepherd mix who has been in the Long Beach Animal Care shelter for almost 120 days now. According to the volunteers who work closely with her, Raven is one of the sweetest girls around, excels with commands (check out the video above), is incredibly smart/eager to learn, and is more often shy than rambunctious! Raven is the kind of dog that would love to chill and grill with a family on a relaxing Sunday, but that would also love to be put to work like a Belgian Mal and enjoys playing!

She entered the shelter on April 6th, 2023 after being found wandering down PCH. Ever since, Raven has been looking for her forever home and would love more than anything to find her perfect family. Raven truly sounds like a pretty darn perfect dog to me! However, she must be adopted by 8/18/23 or will be euthanized.
