Do you understand that Frost Fund is not a rescue and is not liable for the ongoing care of Arlo once he is adopted? However, we will provide initial financial support for the committed adopter. All details for financial support will be verbally shared and agreed in writing with approved adopter should next steps be taken.

Are you able to travel directly to Orange County Animal Care to meet and adopt? For prospective adopters located within 60 miles of the shelter, an in-person adoption is required. For those located farther away, adopting directly from the shelter is still strongly encouraged. If transportation assistance is needed, additional coordination and planning will be required.
