Taken from Instagram Post on 1/17/25: Tomorrow is an exciting day! We will be assisting in the transport of a kitty who was sadly left behind and suffered severe burns during the LA fires.
He and his brother (who he is closely bonded with) were saved by the amazing Claudine Book. Claudine was able to get this sweet kitty to the vet where he has been receiving treatment and recovering. Thanks to Amanda Starrantino sharing about Frost Fund, Claudine was able to reach out to us and see if we can help her get this handsome guy from the vet clinic he is currently at to his new foster home where his brother currently is being safely kept as well. Thankfully, our amazing friend Alex Prange answered our call for help and will be picking this baby up tomorrow morning from the vet to head to the comfort of his new home️.
Thank you to Claudine for rescuing him amidst the fires and to Alex for helping Frost Fund with the rest of his journey! THIS IS WHY WE LOVE THE FROST FUND FAMILY.
Also, tomorrow is a very exciting day for sweet Monty, who has been in the shelter since June of last year (over 230 days). The shelter reached out to us to help with Monty around the same time we were helping them with Magpie. And we are so glad that our partner trainer, Andrew, has agreed to bring Monty in (just as he did with Harley) to allow him time to decompress and receive basic training. Thank you to Cheryl Morse Ferramola for bringing Monty into your home and fostering him the past few weeks before his transport!
Monty will be up for adoption later on when Andrew feels he is ready to be integrated into a home with all his new knowledge and love!! Tomorrow is an exciting day and we just wanted to share these updates with you all. Thank you for your continued support.
