- Do you enjoy starting your weekend with fresh air, community, and an incredible workout?
- If you answered yes to the above – then the Sweat to Protect community is perfect for you.
What: Join us at 8:30am on Saturday mornings at Yorba Regional Park near the baseball fields for a 35 to 45 minute body weight focused workout followed by 15 to 20 minutes of community, encouragement, and prayer. Our first workout will be on May 25th, 2024.
Parking: You can park in the dirt lot or parking area by the baseball fields which are free! All you need to bring is a yoga mat, water, and some dumbbells (5lb – 12lb). All levels are welcome! We kindly ask for no children under 10 years old to participate in workouts.
Registration: Monthly registration is donation based!! However, we kindly suggest a minimum donation of $55.00 per month (made in the first week of the month if possible) to attend. Your tax deductible donation will go towards Frost Fund and our partnership with Soldiers for Wildlife to assist in their wildlife emergency response program in South Africa (see video message to YOU from SFW at the bottom of this page). You will literally be sweating to protect our planet’s most precious species and to help grow Frost Fund’s mission! We will send out monthly donation reminders to everyone who registers.
To sign up for the workouts and join the Sweat to Protect community, please fill out the form below. You will then be contacted by Coach Brittnei within 2-3 days to make sure you are all ready for your first workout and for confirmation of your donation!
**Please note – As each workout is donation based, there are no “make up” sessions or “roll overs.” We are simply coming together as a community to take care of our bodies, our minds, our spirits, and to financially support the humane treatment of animals. However, should you have to miss, you can access full in home workouts to do with Brittnei by visiting @brittfit_live on Instagram!
While Coach Brittnei plans to be in attendance on every Saturday, there may be the occasional where she has to miss for family/rescue related plans. As part of the Sweat to Protect community, it is important we are all understanding and happily allow Coach Brittnei Saturdays for alternate business when the need arises. You will be notified of any such missed Saturdays via text. By submitting your registration, you agree to the information outlined above and the release of liability waiver below.
