The Frost Fund Intern Team

Frost Fund believes that education should take place both outside and inside of our nonprofit. We have a heart for providing a working environment for passionate and entrepreneurial young minds to grow skills in time management, networking, project coordination, financial stewardship, and communication through our hands on paid internships.

Internships are only made possible through grants and funding by larger organizations. If you’re company would like to donate to make our internship program possible and be recognized for doing so – please email us at teamfrostfund@gmail.com.

Favorite quote: “I don’t know what your destiny will be, but one thing I know: the only ones among you who will be really happy are those who have sought and found how to serve.” – Albert Schweitzer

Why you wanted to join the Frost Fund intern team:

I have always wanted to live a life rooted in service, but it was not until I overcame lymphoma that I fully understood how fragile and valuable life is. That realization pushed me to start making an impact now. I have always cared deeply about animals, yet I often felt powerless when it came to animal welfare. Learning about Frost Fund changed that. For the first time, I felt hopeful that I could make a real and significant impact.. Rather than accept inaction and the status quo, Brittnei and the Frost Fund team choose to put in the hard work and necessary wisdom to make the world a better place, one animal at a time. When I heard about it, I knew I wanted to be part of that change.

I wanted to join the Frost Fund intern team because I have a long-standing passion for animal welfare and serving others. After living and traveling around the world and witnessing how animals are often mistreated, it opened my eyes and strengthened my desire to help protect those who cannot speak for themselves. I believe that animals are part of God’s creation and deserve compassion, care, and love. The work Frost Fund does is inspiring and I think aligns closely with my values and goals. Being part of the Frost Fund team has given me the opportunity to work alongside like-minded individuals while learning how to be part of meaningful change. I am honored to be part of such an impactful mission and have the opportunity to work with such amazing people!

Unfortunately, for decades if not centuries human development has largely come at the cost of wild animals being killed, exploited, or driven from their habitats. Humans are by far the most influential and autonomous species on the planet and therefore, in my opinion, we have the duty of ensuring the planet and its inhabitants, no matter the species, remain safe and cared for.”
