“There is nothing I feel more called to do than to promote the wellness of the wild and domestic animals that we share this beautiful planet with. The two are inextricably linked and inherently deserving of our respect, compassion, understanding, and love. I believe each of us are given unique gifts, interests, and strengths that can be used to better the lives of humans and animals. Not only is it our responsibility to do so, but along the journey we are given the wonderful opportunity to lead and live abundant lives as examples for what is possible. Simply put, it is up to each of us to choose the extent and the type of impact we want to have on this world.”

Favorite quote: “Whatever you want to do in this world, it is achievable. The most important thing that I’ve found, that perhaps you could use, is be passionate and enthusiastic in the direction that you choose in life, and you’ll be a winner.-Steve Irwin

“I love animals and think we were made to co-exist everyday. I believe it is important to find the balance between humans and animals so that both can thrive everyday. It is important to respect them in their own habitat, and find ways to preserve the way they live. They should not be exploited for trophy or sport, instead a sustainable relationship should be maintained. My favorite land animal is an elephant and favorite water animal is a sea turtle.”

Animals remind us to explore, to be considerate and to stay humble, but most importantly they remind us how powerful love is in our world.”

“I view animals as our sentient co-habitants that are inherently worthy of freedom from suffering (at the bare minimum). I wish that exploitative practices like animal testing and factory farming would end, and I believe it is important to advocate on behalf of animal welfare because they cannot do so for themselves.
