Hello!
We’re so grateful for your interest in an internship with Frost Fund for the 2026 year. Please read below for more information on how to apply.
Option 1: If you’d like to apply to one or multiple roles linked below, please review the job description carefully and submit a cover letter and resume (as a PDF). Your cover letter should include the following but is not limited to:
- Why you believe you would be a great fit for this position
- A few specific ideas or strategies you have to help ensure the success of the role you are applying for and Frost Fund’s mission
- Any personal or hands-on skills that make you a strong candidate
- A brief overview of any extracurricular activities, sports, clubs, or jobs you’re involved in
- What year you are in college
- Anything else you’d like us to know about you
Option 2: If you’d like to propose your own internship role, we’d love to hear your ideas and what you envision bringing to Frost Fund! Please email us a job description outlining the following details for your proposed position, along with a cover letter explaining why you’d be a great fit and your resume:
- Why you personally believe this role is important to Frost Fund
- Purpose of the role
- Key responsibilities
- Average weekly hours expected
- Necessary skills and personality traits
- How this position would specifically benefit and impact Frost Fund
For either options 1 or 2, please email your cover letter and resume (in PDF format) to teamfrostfund@gmail.com no later than November 14th. (If you are creating and subitting for your own made position, make sure to also submit the job description along with your cover letter and resume.) Please include the subject of the email as the title of the internship position you are applying for. If you are submitting for multiple roles, please include separate cover letters for each. Do not combine cover letters for multiple roles.
We will review all applications and reach out to qualified candidates to schedule interviews after November 14th. During these interviews, we’ll take time to answer any questions you may have about the role, as well as discuss any additional questions Frost Fund may have for you. All selected candidates will be expected to carry out their internship duties from January 2026 – December 2026, except for the donor relations position (see below). We may have one team preliminary meeting in December once all positions are filled to kick off the excitement!
There are 2 virtual meetings every month throughout the duration of the internship period. All are required to attend and we will work together once all positions are filled to find a time that works for everyone. Payment process and rate will be shared with final candidates chosen for position.
We can’t wait to learn more about you and your passion for making a difference! Thank you for considering Frost Fund!
