“The Lord has given us each our own work to do. The one who plants is not important, the one who waters is not important. It is God who makes things grow. He is the one who is important.” – 1 Corinthians 3:5-7
God has given us good works to do, but we must remember in all things – he is the one who makes things grow. He is the King who is important. All of the days of our lives are a chance to serve him, to keep our focus on the cross, and to remain in his love, so that we might show it to others.
And none of our works will accomplish their full potential without him. It is him we should seek and serve, not ourselves or the approval of others. And what a joy it is to be able to live, walk, and breathe in this freedom.
I’m so grateful I get to serve him through Frost Fund and his creation. And work with incredibly talented, kind, and impactful people along the way, like these wonderful Chapman University Dodge College students.
I can’t wait for you all to see what we have created!
