Brittnei’s Monday Message of Encouragement

A common source of anxiety and overwhelming thoughts is a lack of clarity or confidence—whether it’s about what to do, how to navigate challenging situations, or even how to make daily decisions. With so many voices, media, responsibilities, and our own internal struggles demanding our attention, it’s easy to feel lost. But what I love about choosing to believe in Jesus is the clarity, comfort, and direction His Word provides. It becomes a solid foundation on which to build your life, simplifying decision-making along the way. While it takes time to train your mind, body, and spirit to follow the paths outlined in the Bible, they are clear and accessible, offering a sense of purpose and peace.

As you begin to apply the wisdom the Bible shares, you’ll start to see remarkable changes—renewed focus and growing confidence. When faced with countless choices, the decision to follow Jesus brings clarity, and the noise around you fades. What remains is the truth and guidance found in His Word. This doesn’t mean everyone will agree with you, nor will every decision be easy. But God promises to refine you, strengthen you, and give you a supernatural peace as you walk in the path He lays out for you.

So, if you’re feeling tossed around today, here are a few of my favorite Biblical principles that I often remind myself of and choose to stand on:

“Your word is like a lamp that shows me the way. It is like a light that guides me.” – Psalm 119:105

“Better one handful with peace, than two with hard work and chasing the wind.” – Ecclesiastes 4:6

“”Where can I run from your presence? If I go up to the heavens, you are there. If I make my bed in the depths, you are there. Even there your hand will hold me fast, your right hand will guide me. Even the darkness will not be dark to you; the night will shine like the day, for darkness is as light to you.” – Psalm 139

“Be still and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10

“For we are God’s handiwork, created in Christ Jesus to do good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.” – Ephesians 2:10

“Let us not become weary in doing good. For at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we don’t give up.” – Galatians 6:9

“Those who rest in the shadow of the most high God will be kept safe by the mighty one.” – Psalm 91

“Be kind and considerate to one another. Forgiving each other, just as Christ Jesus forgave you.” – Ephesians 4:32

“Consider it pure joy when you face trials of many kinds, because you know the testing of your faith produces perseverance.” – James 1:2

“He does wonders that cannot be fathomed and miracles that cannot be counted.” – Job 5:9
