Frost Fund recently had the wonderful opportunity to once again save the lives of two adorable kittens from an overcrowded shelter in Riverside, California. Our friends at Boulder Humane willingly accepted these 14 week old babies into their shelter where they both have ALREADY been adopted! There is no better feeling than knowing Mint and Denver are now living their best lives and are being given all the love they deserve.

This was a quick trip for them as we were blessed to have a representative from The Snuggle Is Real Rescue meet us at John Wayne airport in Orange to fly them in cabin to Denver, Colorado. The day before, I picked up these two angels at the shelter and brought them to our awesome foster mom’s house in Chino, CA. They were able to have a room to themselves filled with toys, treats, food, and comfy places to rest before their trip to Colorado the next day. When they landed in Colorado, another incredible Frost Fund supporter who volunteers at Boulder Humane picked them up and kept them once again safely overnight before their trip to the shelter in the morning. Being able to fly them into Colorado proved to make things a lot quicker for these two kittens, but no doubt required continued work, resources, and coordination across all parties involved.
